Mac McRae has been doing business in the Nashville region for over 40 years, initially as the proprietor of Sweet ’n Sassy Bakery. Since the mid-1990s, he has operated McRae Enterprises—an award-winning home construction, renovation, remodeling, roofing, and window replacement company.

Mr. GoodRoof initially served as the roofing division of McRae Enterprises and was managed by Mac’s son, Tommy. The father-and-son tandem succeeded so much that they dropped the McRae Enterprises brand and focused on roofing, window, and gutter products and services.

Mr. GoodRoof was founded by Mac and his son Tommy McRae. Mac and his family have lived in Hendersonville, TN for over 50 years. He loves his family and community, and gives back as much as possible. He gives a free roof away to someone in need every year, donates to our local schools, Habitat of Humanity, Meals on Wheels, and many other local organizations.
